Fortune Valley Resources Inc. Announces Issuance of Shares Under Shares for Debt Agreements

Fortune Valley Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FVX) announces that it has issued
4,984,400 common shares in the Company pursuant to a shares for debt agreement
with two of its directors and a shares for debt agreement with Pacific
Opportunity Capital Ltd., a company of which an officer of the Company is
president.


The shares for debt agreements extinguished $249,220 of the Company's debt for
the issuance of 4,984,400 common shares at $0.05 per share.
