Fireswirl Announces Stock Options

VANCOUVER, May 27, 2016 /CNW/ - Fireswirl Technologies Inc. (TSXV: FSW) ("Fireswirl" or the "Company") announced today the grant, in the aggregate, of 2,500,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company, exercisable on or before May 27, 2021, with an exercise price of $0.05 per share, to certain directors and employees of the Company, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The granting of such options is subject to regulatory approvals.
