Fortsum's Shareholders Spoke Up

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC are encouraged by the commitment made by the management of Fortsum Business Solutions Inc. ("Fortsum")(TSX VENTURE: FRT), in its response to the Concerned Shareholders' dissident proxy circular, to offer Fortsum for sale. The Concerned Shareholders also note that Fortsum's shareholders rejected today the shareholders' rights plan proposed by management.

The Concerned Shareholders will monitor the board's future activities to ensure that they are in line with the will of Fortsum's shareholders, as expressed today.

The Concerned Shareholders thank the over 700 shareholders that supported them in their efforts to create a liquidity event for the benefit of all shareholders.
