Formation Fluid Management Inc.: Mr. Al Radford, CEO Resigns Due to Health Reasons

Formation Fluid Management Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FFM) ("The Company") announces with
regret the resignation for personal health reasons of Mr. Al Radford. Mr.
Radford's resignation from his positions of President, Chief Executive Officer
and Director is effective immediately and the full Board of Directors will act
in the role of interim President and Chief Executive Officer while a search for
a suitable replacement for Mr. Radford is conducted.


Mr. Radford will continue to be available as a consultant to assist the Company
as required. The entire Board and all the staff of FFM thank Mr. Radford for his
service and valuable contributions to the growth of the Company and wish him a
speedy and successful recovery and all the best in his future endeavors.
