Dominion Lending Centres Group Signs Premiere Mortgage Centre Inc.

Founders Advantage Capital Corp. (TSX-V: FCF) (“FAC” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that Mortgage Centre Canada (“MCC”), a member of the Dominion Lending Centres Group (“DLCG”), has entered into a franchise agreement with Premiere Mortgage Centre Inc. (“Premiere”). Premiere has over 180 mortgage professionals throughout offices across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. In fiscal 2019, Premiere originated ~$2.2 billion in funded mortgages representing ~5% anticipated growth for DLCG’s overall annual mortgage origination volume. Premiere is led by two prominent industry professionals in Don MacVicar and Kerri Reed.
