(TSXV: FAU), (OTCQX: FVGCF), (FSE: FWR) (the "Company" or "Fire River") announces that the common shares of the Company will be voluntarily delisted from the OTCQX effective as of close of market on December 31, 2013.  The common shares of Fire River will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "FAU" and on the FSE under the symbol "FWR".
