VANCOUVER, May 14, 2015 /CNW/ - Effective May 14, 2015 at 8:00 AM (ET), the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada ("ZIIROC-TV") has ordered a halt in the trading of shares of Fire River Gold Corp. (the "Corporation") (NEX:FAU.H) (CUSIP 31811Q304) due to a failure to maintain exchange requirements. This action by IIROC is due to the resignation of Richard Wells as a director of the Corporation leaving the Corporation with only two directors at the current time. The Corporation is seeking to correct this issue.
