VANCOUVER, Aug. 12, 2016 /CNW/ - Fiore Exploration Ltd. ("Fiore Ex" or the "Company") (TSXV: F), announces a non-brokered private placement of 12,750,000 common shares at a price of $0.55 per common share, for gross proceeds of $7,012,500.  The private placement has been fully allocated and remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Tim Warman, P.Geo., Fiore's CEO, is the Qualified Person who supervised the preparation of the technical data in this news release.
