Eyelogic reissues 2010 annual financial statements with modified audit report

 CALGARY, Feb. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Eyelogic announces that it is reissuing  its 2010 annual financial statements and 2010 annual report to include  a modified audit opinion. 

 Ryan Hoult, CFO, "During a recent review, the ASC found that the opinion  included in the previously filed 2010 financial statements did not  reference the fact that the 2009 restated comparative figures had been  audited. Management concurred with the ASC's findings and sought to  quickly correct the error through the reissue of the affected documents  with a revised audit opinion that also covers the adjustment to the  2009 figures. Management regrets this oversight and inconvenience it  has caused."
