Media Advisory: Extenway Will Hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on October 25

Solutions Extenway Inc. ("Extenway") (TSX VENTURE:EY) invites shareholders to
its annual and special meeting, which will take place on October 25, 2012 at
11am at the Saint James Club of Montreal. Media representatives are also invited
to this meeting to familiarize themselves with Extenway's financial results and
get to know more about this innovative Quebec company. 


Over the past year, Solutions Extenway Inc. has successfully completed the
installation of 280 bedside terminals at the CSSS du Lac-des-Deux-Montagnes.
During the installation process, an Extenway innovation allowed each terminal to
be activated on a rolling basis so patients benefited from the service sooner
and the CSSS generated revenues more rapidly. 


Extenway has also improved its technology by adding movies on demand and
telecommunications, as well as many other related functions.
