Francine Laurent Joins the Board of Directors of Extenway

The members of the board of directors of Extenway Solutions inc. ( the "
Corporation " or " Extenway ") (TSX VENTURE:EY) are pleased to announce the
appointment of Francine Laurent as director of the Corporation.


Mrs. Laurent has more than 20 years of experience in technology, management and
financing. In 1996, Mrs. Laurent joined Societe Innovatech Quebec
Chaudiere-Appalaches and has been president of this corporation from 1998 to
2008. Recently she acted as Advisor on investment and economic development to
the office of the Mayor of Quebec City. Since 2010 she is Consulting Partner
with Secor Group. Mrs. Laurent has been a director of Extenway from 2005 to
2008. Mrs. Laurent's experience in the development and growth of technology
business will add a great value to Extenway's board of directors.


Francine Laurent has a MBA (finance) from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes
Commerciales (HEC). She is a member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec and is
graduated from the College des administrateurs de societes.


Pursuant to Extenway's stock option plan, Mrs. Laurent has been granted options
allowing her to subscribe a maximum of 75,000 Common Shares of the Corporation,
at a price of subscription of $ 0,25 per Share. The expiry date of these options
is April 19, 2015.
