Extenway Will Hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on November 22

its annual and special meeting, which will take place on November 22, 2011 at
11a.m. at the Saint James Club of Montreal. Media representatives are also
invited to this meeting to familiarize themselves with Extenway's financial
results and get to know more about this innovative Quebec company.
