Extenway Solutions Inc. Announces Resignation of Francine Laurent

Extenway Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EY) wishes to announce the resignation of
Mrs. Francine Laurent as a Director of the Company following her resignation as
President of Innovatech Quebec et Chaudiere-Appalaches, a venture capital fund
which is a major shareholder in the Company.  Madame Laurent will join Quebec
city Mayor's office as Investments and economic development advisor.
