Extenway Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EY) is pleased to announce the filing of
the company' s financial statements for the quarter ended 31 July 2012, together

In the three months ended July 31, 2012 Extenway had sales of $ 73,434, a net
loss of $ 723,575. In the three months ended July 31, 2011 the company had sales
of $ 56,105 and a net loss of $ 694,861. 


Mr. John McAllister, President and CEO, stated, "The Company has successfully
implemented its solution at the St. Eustache hospital and commenced revenues
from that source during the quarter."
