Extenway Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EY) Is pleased to announce the filing of
the Company' s financial statements for the quarter and year ended April 30,
2011, together with the related management discussion and analysis, (MD&A).

In the three months ended April 30, 2011 Extenway had sales of $ 241,103 and a
net loss of $ 396,743 compared to sales of $ 53,847and a net loss of $ 79,507 in
the same period of the prior year. In the year ended April 30, 2010 the company
had sales of $ 443,504 and a net loss of $2,429,270 compared to sales of $
232,603 and a net loss of $ 1,834,920. 


Mr. John McAllister, President and CEO, stated, "The quarter and year benefited
from the sale to Memorial Sloan-Kettering in New York City. A substantial number
of Requests for Proposal have been responded to and we believe this leaves the
Company in a solid position to obtain new hospital contracts in the coming
year."
