Extenway: Agreement With the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital

  Following the development of its bedside solution for hospitals, Extenway Solutions inc. ("Extenway") (TSX VENTURE: EY) is pleased to announce that it has signed a first agreement with the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital ("JRH") to provide its bedside interactive patient media solution to a minimum of 118 beds. Extenway will deliver to JRH an in-room experience that transforms standard television into a multimedia experience. The Extenway System permits patients to feel more at home by providing on-demand access to entertainment: including digital TV, video-on-demand, music, radio, internet access and video games as well as educational content to help patients to learn more about their condition, their caregiver team and their healthcare facility.

"By providing for the Extenway System, our patients will remain better connected to the outside world, thereby enriching their stay within de Hospital. "Patients will also be able to keep in touch with family and friends through integrated video-conferencing and phone service from their beds."

Under the agreement, which has a ten year term, the System will remain, at all times, the exclusive property of Extenway. The execution of the agreement is subject to Extenway's financing of the System under terms acceptable to it. Negotiations for such financing are currently proceeding.
