Extenway: Agreement With Daclem Solutions, SAS. to Resell the Extenway Solutions to Europe

Extenway Solutions, Inc. ("Extenway") (TSX VENTURE:EY), a trusted value added
reseller of technology solutions to the hospitality and healthcare industries,
announced today that it has entered into a reseller agreement with Daclem
Solutions,SAS of France ("Daclem") to market the Extenway Solution to leading
hotels throughout Europe, Middle East, and North Africa (EMEA).


Daclem will provide the sales management, infrastructure, and business
development services necessary to bring Extenway to Daclem's installed base as
well as a pipeline of new accounts.  Moreover, Daclem and Extenway are
continuing their discussions in the hopes of including Extenway's healthcare
solutions to the value added reseller.


With 400 hotels currently deploying Daclem's hospitality solutions, the company
has become Europe's leader in providing advanced Triple Play Technologies (i.e.,
high-speed Internet, telephony, and video-on-demand) to the Hospitality Sector.
