Essex Angel Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EXC) (the "Corporation") announces that it
has postponed its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting")
that was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Further news release
will advise of the rescheduled Meeting date, time and location and particulars
with respect to the treatment of proxies.
