Offer approach
The Independent Directors (being Colin Horan and Patrick McQuillen) of Eurocopy
plc (the "Company") announce that they have received an approach, subject to due
diligence, from IOT Limited, a management vehicle, to acquire the Company at or
around 42 pence per ordinary share in cash.
IOT Limited is a company established and owned by the following directors of
Eurocopy, Cyril Gay (Chairman), Martin McCarney (Chief Executive Officer) and
Matthew Burton (Finance Director). Discussions are at an early stage and due
diligence is likely to take some weeks. Shareholders will be kept informed of
progress.
