Otis Initiates Environmental Scoping Study at Kilgore Gold Project

Otis Gold Corp. (TSX:OOO) ("Otis" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
Golder Associates Inc. ("Golder") of Denver, Colorado has been awarded a
contract to complete an Environmental Scoping Study ("ESS") for its Kilgore Gold
Project, Clark County, Idaho. The objectives of the ESS are to identify, early
on, key environmental, ecological and socio-economic issues, constraints and
opportunities that will feed into a Pre-Feasibility study to be initiated after
the current 2010 forty-hole drill campaign is completed and assay results have
been received. 


Golder will review the applicable regulatory framework and outline the various
steps necessary for the development of the project. Furthermore, it will
identify required permits and processes leading to the development and
implementation of a possible mining scenario should the Pre-Feasibility study
prove to be positive. Golder has already completed its preliminary field visit
to the Kilgore site and the completed ESS report is expected by early December.
