Euromax Resources Ltd. 24 June 2014 (TSX VENTURE:EOX) ("Euromax" or the

Notice of Meeting dated 22 May 2014, have been duly passed at its Annual General
& Special Meeting held in Skopje, Macedonia today, 24 June 2014.
