TORONTO, June 14, 2013 /CNW/ - 1901 - Ecuador Gold & Copper Corp. (TSXV: EGX) is pleased to announce that it has fully subscribed a non-brokered private placement, subject to the polices and approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Private Placement") with Aura International Services Ltd. for 13,560,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a price of CDN$0.075 per Share for gross proceeds of US$1,000,000.
The Shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance.
The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for exploration and development of the Company's Condor Gold Project and for general working capital purposes.
