EFT Canada Appoints Director

EFT Canada Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EFT), a publicly traded company based in Toronto
Ontario, announced today that Mr. John Cerenzia has been appointed a Director. 


Mr. Cerenzia is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Management and has many
years of experience with small capitalization companies. Mr. Cerenzia is
currently a director of Talware Networxs, Greenock Resources Inc, and Kent
Exploration Inc all listed on the TSX-V. 


Mr. Cerenzia has also served as president of Aquarius Investment Group, a
private company, and worked for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation for 32
years.


With his extensive knowledge and active involvement in financing and management
related to small capitalization companies, Mr. Cerenzia will immediately assist
in ushering EFT Canada Inc. into its next phase of growth.
