EFT Canada Announces Director Resignation

EFT Canada Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EFT), a publicly traded company based in Toronto
Ontario, today announced that Linden Fellerman has resigned as a Director of the
Company effective immediately.


Mr. Fellerman has been involved with the company since 2005, during which time
EFT Canada experienced a significant increase in its annual revenues and built a
solid foundation for future growth.
