Euros to the Local Partners (of which 125,000 Euros has been paid in 
cash, a further 200,000 Euros is to be satisfied by the issue of 520,915

subject to regulatory approval, common shares of the Company. Under the 
Amended Agreement work commitments of 2,000,000 Euros are also required 
over a three year period (which have already been performed).
