TORONTO, Aug. 31, 2018 /CNW/ - Distinct Infrastructure Group Inc. ("Distinct", "DIG" or the "Company") today announced that Mr. Michael Newman has resigned as a director of the Company for personal reasons. The Company will initiate a search for a replacement to be nominated at the Company's next annual meeting.
