TORONTO, Jan. 25, 2013 /CNW/ - DNI Metals Inc. (DNI:TSX-Ven, DG7:FSE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Justin R. Fogarty LL.B,LL.M., Hon. L. Col. of Toronto, Ontario, as a director of the Company. Mr.Fogarty brings over 25 years of broad legal and business background to DNI.

Mr.Fogarty is a well regarded lawyer and business advisor. He is a partner in Alegro Capital of London, UK, where he specializes in Corporate finance in Europe and North America. Mr.Fogarty has been recognized as top counsel by American Lawyer, L' Expert, L'Expert top 100 most creative lawyers Canada as well as Chambers Global, Martindale Hubell, International Who's Who Legal, as a top litigator and business restructuring lawyer. He is past editor of the National Insolvency Review. He is a prolific author and lecturer and he is a Honorary Lieutenant Colonel of the 33 Signal Regiment of Ottawa and a member of the Conference of Defence Associations Board of Directors.

Mr.Fogarty has also been active in many other organizations including former Chairman of the Board of Polo Canada, former member of the Board of Alpine Canada as well as being a past board member of the Canadian Bar Association insolvency section and the International Bar Association's co-chair of restructuring and insolvency sub committee.
