TORONTO, Dec. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - DNI Metals Inc. (DNI:TSX-Ven, DG7:FSE) announces that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval to expand its Stock Option Plan (the "Plan") to increase the number of common shares in the share capital of the Company reserved for issuance under the Plan from 5,800,000 to 7,300,000 common shares.
DNI continues to advance development of its Alberta polymetallic black shale Properties and hopes to begin announcing, in January, analytical results from its recent drilling program and conclusions of its resource study in progress to consolidate and update mineral resources at its Buckton Zone, Alberta.
