The Shareholders of BSM Technologies Inc. and Datacom Wireless Corporation Approve Their Business Combination

BSM Technologies Inc. ("BSM") (TSX VENTURE:GPS) and Datacom Wireless Corporation
("Datacom") (TSX VENTURE:DAT) are pleased to announce that at their respective
meetings of shareholders held yesterday, over 99% of the votes cast at each
meeting were voted in favour of their proposed business combination, more fully
described in the joint press release of August 21, 2009. The closing of the
business combination is scheduled to occur on September 25, 2009. Following
closing, the common shares of Datacom will be delisted from the TSX Venture
Exchange.


The business combination will be in the form of an amalgamation of Datacom with
a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSM. Each common share of Datacom will be exchange
for approximately 4.2421 common shares of BSM, such that, upon completion of the
business combination, the holders of common shares and stock options of Datacom
will own 40.5% of all BSM securities outstanding, on a fully diluted basis.


On completion of the business combination, the board of directors will initially
be comprised of 9 directors, 5 of which will be nominees of BSM and the others
will be nominees of Datacom.
