XPEL Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

(TSXV: DAP.U) is pleased to announce the re-election of the following Directors at the company's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30th in San Antonio, Texas:  John Constantine, Rick Crumly and Ryan Pape.  Additionally, Mark Adams was elected as a Director for his first term.

Collins Barrow Toronto LLP was re-appointed as auditors of the Company.  The "rolling" incentive stock option plan was also re-approved.
