Crazy Horse Resources Announces Proposed Consolidation

Crazy Horse Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CZH) (the "Company") announces that the
board of directors have approved the consolidation of the Company's issued and
outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) new common share for every
three (3) existing common shares (the "Consolidation").


Currently there are 67,758,181 common shares issued and outstanding and upon
completion of the Consolidation there will be approximately 22,586,060 common
shares, subject to adjustment for fractional shares.


The proposed Consolidation is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
