Crazy Horse Resources Announces Change of Management

Crazy Horse Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CZH) (the "Company") announces that Mr.
Mitchell Alland has resigned as the Company's President, Executive Chairman,
Secretary and as a Director to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Darryl Cardey,
the Company's CFO, will replace Mr. Alland as Acting President, Chairman, and
Secretary.


The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Alland for his work
