Cassius Ventures Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement

Cassius Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CZ) has closed the private
placement of units as announced on November 19, 2010.


The Company has received a total of $300,000 for 4,000,000 units at a price of
7.5 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share
purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share
at a price of 10 cents per share for two years expiring January 10, 2013. The
securities issued in this placement are subject to a hold period expiring May
11, 2011.
