      LONGUEUIL, QC, Sept. 17 /CNW Telbec/ - Clemex Technologies Inc. (the
      Company) or (Clemex), announces that is has issued a convertible
      debenture for an amount of $150,000.  The debenture is for a two year
      term, bearing an annual interest of 11% and is convertible at any time
      in Class "A" shares at $0.125 per share.
    

      The funds raised through the issuance of this debenture was used to
      reimburse an existing debenture expired on August 27(th) 2010.
    

      The transaction is subject to approval of the TSX Venture.
