Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market for 544,166
common shares in Centurion to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares will
rank pari passu with existing common shares and dealings are expected to
commence in the new common shares at 8.00am on 15 September 2003.


The shares are being issued issued as a result of an exercise of options by
employees and consultants, including Mr Said Arrata, a director of the Company.
Details of the exercises by Mr Arrata are set out below:

Further to this exercise of options, Mr Arrata sold 50,000 common shares on 7

9,800 shares sold at C$1.27
5,700 shares sold at C$1.62
119,300 shares sold at $1.59


Following these transactions, Mr Arrata's total interest in the Company's is
1,319,924 common shares, representing 2.09% of Centurion's issued share capital.
Of these shares, 643,000 Common Shares are held directly and 676,924 Common
Shares are held indirectly by Mr Arrata.
