Catch The Wind Grants Stock Options

    




 CHANTILLY, VA, Oct. 14, 2011 /CNW/ - Catch the Wind Ltd. ,  providers of laser-based wind sensor products and technology, today  announced that it has granted 100,000 stock options to each of Dr. Jo  Major, Jr., Chairman and Interim CEO and Ms. Susan Nickey, both  directors of the Company, on October 11, 2011. 

 The options are exercisable at a price of CDN $0.21 per share based on  the closing share price on the TSX Venture Exchange on October 11,  2011.   One third of the options will vest immediately, one third will  vest on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remaining one  third will vest on the second anniversary of the grant date.  The term  of the options is ten years from the date of grant. 

 The granting of the options is consistent with the Company's  non-employee director compensation policy.
