("CTEC" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: CTEC)  This press release is being disseminated as required by National Instrument 62‐103 The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues in connection with the filing of an early warning report (the "Early Warning Report") regarding the acquisition of common shares of Central Timmins Exploration Corp. by Keith L. Peck.

Mr. Peck acquired the common shares in a private placement offering by CTEC on April 15, 2020 resulting in ownership of 2,450,000 common shares of the Company representing approximately 13.2% of the issued and outstanding voting securities of the Company on a non‐diluted basis.  Mr. Peck acquired the shares for investment purposes only.  Mr. Peck intends to review his holdings on a continuing basis and such holdings may be increased or decreased in the future.
