CAPVEST Income Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CSV) Announces De-Listing Guidance for Common Shares

  CAPVEST Income Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CSV) announces that the Company will voluntarily halt trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX V") at the close of business on Monday, February 23, 2009. The common shares will then be de-listed from the TSX V at the close of business on Friday, February 27, 2009. Prior to de-listing and following the satisfaction of any and all liabilities and obligations owed to the creditors of the Company, the Company will ratably distribute the remaining assets to the Company's shareholders. This process, of distributing the Company's assets prior to de-listing, will allow the Company's assets to be distributed to shareholders, including non-resident shareholders, in the most tax-efficient manner.

On February 10, 2009 shareholders of the Company approved the dissolution of the Company and the de-listing of the Company's common shares from the TSX V.
