Cresval Work Program at New Raven Gold Project in Progress

Cresval Capital Corp. ("Cresval") (TSX VENTURE:CRV) is pleased to announce that
it has commenced a work program on its 100% owned New Raven gold project (the
"Property"). The 2707 hectare property is situated in the Lillooet Mining
Division of southwestern British Columbia, 15 km southwest of Lillooet, British
Columbia.


The 2011 exploration program includes excavator trenching, detailed mapping and
geochemical sampling to follow up previous mineralized zones, soil anomalies and
geophysical conductors (delineated in the 2010 magnetic/VLF-electromagnetic
survey).


Proposed trenches for 2011 are focused on:



1.   extending the NNW mineralized structure between zones A and B,         
2.   extending the NNW mineralized structure between zones C and D,         
3.   delineating the source of two separate 700 ppb gold soil values from   
     the 2008 soil survey SW of zone A,                                     
4.   extending the Discovery zone structure northwards.                     



Additional zones will be explored through reconnaissance mapping and geochemical
sampling as follows: 




1.   three listwanite showings located within a few km south, north and east
     of the main showing area,                                              
2.   areas previously clear-cut,                                            
3.   the Downton ridge area,                                                
4.   geophysical conductors not easily accessible by road.

Management believes the Property has an excellent potential for discovery of a
gold quartz vein type mineral deposit such as Bralorne, which is situated 45 km
to the northwest. 


Jean Pautler, P. Geo., is the Company's Qualified Person under NI 43-101 with
respect to the Property and all technical disclosure relating to it, including a
technical report prepared on March 14, 2010.
