Cresval Capital Arranges Shares for Debt Settlement

Cresval Capital Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CRV) announces that it has
arranged a debt settlement with certain creditors. The debt settlement will
allow the Company to restructure approximately $37,590 in outstanding debt
through the issuance of up to 375,900 common shares of the Company.


The debt settlement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
