VANCOUVER, Feb. 15, 2016 /CNW/ - Carolina Capital Corp. (the "Company") (TSX Venture: CQC) is pleased to announce that pursuant to its stock option plan, the Company has granted incentive stock options to its various directors, to purchase up to an aggregate of 950,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company exercisable for a period of five (5) years from the date of grant at a price of $0.05 per common share.

The shareholders approved the Company's stock option plan at the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Company held on June 26, 2015. These options are subject to applicable regulatory hold periods.
