VANCOUVER, April 1, 2016 /CNW/ - Carolina Capital Corp. ("Carolina") (TSX Venture: CQC) reports that Carolina has received $50,000 from IMG Gold Recovery ("IMG") and they have mutually agreed to terminate the addendum dated July 24th, 2014 whereby Carolina had advanced a sum of $50,000 to IMG for capital expansion of IMG's pilot plant in Burnaby BC in exchange for a precious metals revenue sharing arrangement.
No precious metals revenues were derived from the Burnaby plant and no other payments have been received from IMG.
Neither the payment of the sum of money nor anything contained in the Settlement Agreement shall be construed as an admission of liability by either party.
