Consolidated Puma Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CPW) ("the Company") announces
that it will issue 564,151 common shares of the Company to Rocliffe Developments
Limited in settlement of a payment of US$150,000 due to Rocliffe pursuant to the
Shareholders Agreement dated May 24, 2002 relating to the Company's 72% interest
in the Kola property located in Russia.
