Declaration of special cash dividend

LACHENAIE, QC, Aug. 2, 2011 /CNW/ -- 
LACHENAIE, QC, Aug. 2, 2011 /CNW/ - Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. (the
 "Company") (NEX:CPE.H) announces that that its Board of Directors has
 declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.02 per common share
 payable on August 24, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of
 business on August 12, 2011.
