(the "Company") reports that on Thursday June 14th, 2012, the "Company" has filed, through its wholly owned subsidiary Technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc., notices against Nobel Biocare USA, Nobel Biocare Procera USA, Dentsply International Inc, Cagenix Technologies Inc, Materialise Dental Inc, BioHorizons Global HQ, DelCam Holdings and DelCam USA Inc for patent infringement of the "Company" United States Patent Nos. 8,021,153, 7,866,980, 7,331,786, 6,814,575 and 6,382,975.
This notice, amongst various requests, formally requires to immediately ceasing the manufacturing and the selling of manufacturing programs of the superstructure and/or the surgical guide for dental implant placement covered by the patents and to respond in writing by no later than the 5th of July 2012, 17:00 hours. Failure to comply will generate immediate legal proceedings
