Drill Hole #74 is a step out of 200 meters east of Drill Holes #69A and #55. Drill Hole #70 is located 50 meters north of Drill Holes# 69A and #55.

Management is extremely encouraged by the significant increase in both gold and molybdenum values.

The 2007 3D IP geophysical survey indicates the mineralization from the Pass zone to the East zone is contiguous and extends for at least 2.6 km.

The 2007 diamond drilling consisted of a total footage of 4,098 meters (13,444 feet) in 12 holes on several different mineralized zones located throughout the property as follows:

East Zone DDH#70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 77 and 79

Bornite Zone DDH#75 and 76

Far East Zone DDH#78, 80 and 81

Updated plans showing the geophysical data and detail drill hole location of the Pass Bornite and East Zones will be posted shortly on the company's website www.carmaxex.com.
