Colonia Energy Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:CLA) has granted 525,000
options to purchase common shares to officers and directors of the Corporation
at a price of $0.125 per share in accordance with the Corporation's stock option
plan. The options are granted effective today and are exercisable for a period
of 5 years.
