Chalk Media Corp. Appoints New Board Member

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA today announced that it has appointed Divesh Sisodraker to its Board of Directors.

"Chalk is well positioned to increase revenues with a strong product line, strong channel relationships and a strong understanding of the exploding mobile marketplace", said Mr. Sisodraker. "I look forward to working with the company over coming years to grow profitably and create shareholder value."

Mr. Sisodraker is currently the CEO of TheJobMagnet Interactive Inc., an online company focused on the recruitment of hourly employees in retail and hospitality. Until December 2006, Mr. Sisodraker worked as Executive Vice President and CFO at San Francisco based Taleo Corporation, the world's largest on-demand recruitment software vendor, where he helped the organization go public on NASDAQ and manage the turn to profitability.

Prior to joining Taleo, Mr. Sisodraker was President and CEO at Pivotal Corporation, where he led the largest and fastest growing division of CDC Software, a $300 million provider of enterprise software solutions. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Sisodraker served as the company's CFO and as Vice President, Corporate Development, with responsibility for the Pivotal's acquisition strategy and the development of strategic alliances with companies like Research in Motion, IFS Software and ESRI. Before joining Pivotal, Mr. Sisodraker served as Finance Director and Treasurer at A.L.I. Technologies, acquired by a subsidiary of McKesson Medical Imaging in one of the largest software acquisitions of 2002. Other experience includes positions with HSBC Investment Bank in Asia and KPMG.

Mr. Sisodraker served on the board of TSX listed Carmanah Technologies Corporation for two years from May 2006 to May 2008. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Honours).

Chalk also announced that Jim Speros has resigned from Chalk's Board of Directors. Chalk thanks Mr. Speros for his service and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
