Canadian International Minerals Inc. Arranges Financing

The Company announces that it has arranged, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, a private placement of up to 9,000,000 units at a price of $0.055 per unit for total gross proceeds of up to $495,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one additional common share for a period of one year from the date of issue at a price of $0.10 per share.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used to fund further exploration on the Company's mineral properties and for general working capital.

Finders' fees may be payable in whole or in part on the private placement pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
