CHAMPION Communication Services, Inc. Refiles its December 31, 2005 and December 31, 2006 Financial Statements, MD&A and Certifi

CHAMPION Communication Services, Inc. (the "Company") (NEX:CHP.H)(OTCBB:CCMS)
announced that at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission, it has
refiled its audited financial statements (the "Statements') and Managements
Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the years ended December 31, 2005 and
December 31, 2006, and the CEO and CFO Certificates (the "Certificates") in
respect of its annual filings for the years ended December 31, 2005 and December
31, 2006. The refiling of the Statements, MD&A and Certificates was necessary as
the auditor of the Statements was not a member of the Canadian Public
Accountability Board at the time the Statements were prepared.


CHAMPION is a publicly owned company which trades on NEX (CHP.H) and U.S. Over
the Counter Bulletin Board (CCMS.OB) and is a leader in wireless UHF trunked
two-way communications.


As of February 28, 2008 there were 4,665,842 shares of the Company's common
stock, $0.01 par value outstanding.
